These bio degradable cutlery are made in the hilly states of Uttarakhand from Kanak champa, sal, sagwan leaves.
It is also loaded with plant-based compounds called Polyphemus, which are the natural antioxidants. When eating in plastic plates, one must not pour very hot food in it, but when it comes to these leaves the warm food stimulates the polyphenols which further gets absorbed in the food. These cutlery are one of its kind and the machine from which these are made was made after two years of research by a hard core environmentalist to restore our old ways of eating.
